Salary / Rate: £16,000 p.a.

This office-based, temporary work in Longton is covering maternity leave.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm (3.30pm on Fridays)


Your responsibilities will include:

  • general accounts duties
  • chasing invoices and payments
  • updating purchase ledger
  • processing invoices and confirming they are suitably approved
  • respond to information requests
  • some cover of the main reception when required


To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • purchase ledger/accounts experience
  • excellent attention to detail
  • good communication and organisational skills
  • excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • IT literacy
