Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse at all times, Safeguard warehouse operations due to large machinery

You will contribute to the overall warehouse team efforts, helping to accomplish the desired results.

Managing a team of 9 warehouse operatives and 1 driver – maintaining and managing current staff whilst dealing with management responsibilities, such as recruitment, disciplinary, planning and mentoring staff.

• Ideally someone from an engineering background
• Reach Truck FLT Licence preferred but not essential
• The ability to lead a small team, whilst still being hands on
• A good knowledge of H&S laws
