Simon spent 21 years since leaving the Royal Air Force working for a current Premier Placement Services client in a number of roles, progressing from an order picker through to an Operational Manager.

During his four years with Premier Placement Services his operational experience has been of true value to the company.  Moving more recently into the role of Recruitment & Training Manager, before progressing to the role of Operations Manager, his responsibility is to ensure all of our consultants are trained to the highest standards possible, by following up to date legislation, guidelines and best recruitment practice.

Simon regularly visits our company’s clients assuring best service is maintained and aligned to our policies at all times.
