We always brief you on your placement beforehand, we want it to go well for you. We can advise on transport, PPE, site rules, and make sure forms and documents are completed correctly.

Your pledge to us
We do our best to find you the right work and in return we ask that you:
Be prepared for your placement by ensuring you understand the brief.
Be appropriately dressed, wearing the correct clothing and personal protective equipment for the job role.
Be on time or 10 minutes early to familiarise yourself with the people and surroundings.
Be sensible and familiarise yourself with the site Health & Safety rules for your placement.
Be safe by alerting any possible health and safety breaches you may discover to your Line
Manager.
Be mindful of your mobile phone whilst working and only access it during break times.
Be polite to us, our clients, and your colleagues during your placement.
Be sensible and ask for help if you do not understand instructions.
Be pro-active, if you are unable to attend your placement due to sickness or an emergency, let us know as soon as possible by phoning our office with your name, contact details and where you were due to start work. Ideally this should be done as soon as possible, or at least 1 hour before your shift commences.
Be honest with us, if you have an issue with your placement, we’d rather know so we can look for another role for you.
Be respectful, never walk out on the placement we offered you. Always complete your shift, as not doing so can affect our supply relationship with the client as well as our relationship with you.
Be in contact with the agency so we know when you are looking and are available for work.
